This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by Elysium Capital LLC D-B-A Greeks Vault through https://www.greeksvault.com, the Greeks Vault application, APIs, customer support, integrations and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We may share information with connected brokers, market-data providers, cloud and infrastructure providers, security vendors, payment processors, analytics providers, professional advisers, regulators or law enforcement when legally required, and transaction counterparties in a merger, acquisition or similar event. We do not authorize third parties to use customer trading information for their own unrelated marketing unless disclosed and permitted by law.
5. Broker and Market-Data Integrations
When User connects a broker, Greeks Vault receives only the data scopes permitted by the authorization flow and the broker integration. Users should review the broker's own privacy notices and account agreements. Market-data records may be retained or disclosed when needed to administer exchange entitlements or audits.

7. Security
